Over Medicated Or Just A Weirdo?

This morning my heart is so full of thanksgiving, that I might just hug every person I see! People will either think I’m nuts and over medicated, or just a freakin’ weirdo, but I don’t care! God is so good!

It’s so easy to focus on all the bad in the world, but God is still on the throne, and He’s still working! I am seeing Him work, not just in my life, but also in my friends’ and family’s lives. He knows just what we need and is always right on time. It might not always seem like it to us, but His timing is perfect!

He’s placed amazing, godly people in my life, who’ve helped me get over a ‘hump’. That ‘hump’ isn’t gone mind you, but the encouragement, prayers and laughter, that I have received from true, god-ordained friendships, has allowed me to stand when I thought I would fall. God gives us just what, and who we need, just when we need them!

This morning I am praising Jesus for all He has done, is doing, and will do in my life and the lives of those I love! I am focusing on the good, and trusting Him with the ‘not so good’. I am standing confidently, in faith, on God’s promises, because I can!!!

He has also given us his very great and valuable promises. He did it so you could share in his nature. He also did it so you could escape from the evil in the world. That evil is caused by sinful longings. 2Peter 1:4

Jesus says yes to all of God’s many promises. It is through Jesus that we say, “Let it be so,” when we give thanks to God. 2 Corinthians 1:20

being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised. Romans 4:21
