Life Is Not A Popularity Contest.

I’m going to say something that may not be popular. It may sting a bit, but what’s true is true, and I won’t apologize for speaking THE truth. Sin is sin. Period. Point blank. You’re either for God, or against Him. You either follow God or satan. There is no straddling the fence. Well, you can straddle the fence, but when you do know this…you’re not for God, you’re against Him! It’s time to choose who you serve!

Here’s a few facts for you. What the bible declares as sin, always has been, and always will be sin no matter how people try to justify it or legalize it. You either have sex with the opposite sex, within the confines of marriage between a man and a woman, or you’re deceived by satan; otherwise known as gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, adulterer, fornicator, or any other label in which people choose to identify. And this concept goes for any, and every sin! If you’re a liar, a thief, a gossip, if you hate…you’re either for God, or you’re against Him! And I’m not speaking of people making mistakes, or having certain tendencies! Like I heard in church Sunday, “It’s better to make mistakes than to fake perfection.” I’m talking about perpetually living in sin, and/or making excuses, or justifying sin. King David was a man of many mistakes, yet God referred to David as a man after His own heart! And why is that? Because King David always repented (turned from) his sin! And even though God loved David that doesn’t mean David never suffered consequences for his sin! He did! God loves and forgave David, yet he loved David enough to allow him to learn from his mistakes! Read about it yourselves in Psalms! Listen people, no one, and I mean no one, except God can see a person’s heart. I can’t, and never will be the judge of a person’s salvation, gay, straight or otherwise! People can be saved and deceived. The thing is, if you have Jesus in your heart He’ll never leave you in your deceived state of mind. Ever.

Living for the Lord is not easy! It’s simple, but it’s not. Once you say yes to God, He requires things from us! One of the main requirements is to do what’s right no matter what we’re used to, or how we may “feel”. Listen, the blessings that will come from submitting your entire life to God will far outweigh any ‘benefit you may think you’re getting from sin!!!!! You may feel as if you’re missing out at first, but the love of God replaces any void we could possibly ever feel! Wake up people!
I give fair warning to all who hear the words of the prophecy of this book: If you add to the words of this prophecy, God will add to your life the disasters written in this book; if you subtract from the words of the book of this prophecy, God will subtract your part from the Tree of Life and the Holy City that are written in this book. He who testifies to all these things says it again: “I’m on my way! I’ll be there soon!” Yes! Come, Master Jesus! Revelation 22:18-20

Above all, here is what you must understand. No prophecy in Scripture ever came from a prophet’s own understanding of things. 21 Prophecy never came simply because a prophet wanted it to. Instead, the Holy Spirit guided the prophets as they spoke. So, although prophets are human, prophecy comes from God.2 Peter 1: 20-21

Every word of God proves true. He is a shield to all who come to him for protection. Proverbs 30:5
